All vehicles are offered for sale by private parties and/or dealers. All payment arrangements must be made between sellers and buyers and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle.
Used Car Video Showcase does not own any vehicles, inventory vehicles or function as a dealership, but serves as a listing service on behalf of the seller of the vehicles. All vehicles are listed with no implied warranties by Used Car Video Showcase.
Sellers are directly responsible for the price, videos, and descriptions of their vehicles.
Used Car Video Showcase makes no warranties as to when, or if, any given vehicle will sell. As the leading for sale by video classified system, Used Car Video Showcase is searched daily by persons interested in finding and purchasing a variety of automobiles. While we make specific efforts to respond to that demand, Used Car Video Showcase does not make any claims or warranties to have specific buyers available for any given vehicle at any time and does not warrant or guarantee the sale of any vehicle within a specified time frame.
Refund Policy
Placing a classified advertisement carries the inherent risk that what you are offering will not sell. Used Car Video Showcase cannot control market conditions and makes no warranty as to when, or if any given vehicle will sell. As such, Used Car Video Showcase maintains a strict no-refund policy. Ad content and videos are the sole responsibility of the sellers. If errors in content are found upon review of the ad, login to account and correct the errors as soon as possible. However, no errors in content will be considered grounds for violation of the no-refund policy.
